Eco-friendly art created by reusing industrial waste metal for the canvas of my work. This piece is called ‘Wildest Times’ inspired by the Manchester music scene. Using acrylic, I have hand painted on the waste metal remnants of the old Hacienda FAC 51 and Fcatory Records posters peeling off the wall. Eah brick and poster design individually researched and carefully painted to highlight Manchester’s music history. This discarded piece of metal has now been reused with an exciting and new purpose

Printing from the original piece of metal, you will receive an A4 colour giclee print with card backing. It is important to me that my work has little or no impact on the environment whilst still creating an exceptionally high print standard. Therefore, I have chosen to print on 300gsm Cotton Rag fine art paper, made from scrap cotton t-shirts and off cuts.
